divorce settlement says I claim 2/4 kids. do I ignore the other 2 in my household as dependents Or list them all? Is there another page that shows I only claim 2/4?

If you are only claiming 2 kids and you are NOT the custodial parent, then you will leave the other 2 off your return.  The non custodial parent can only claim the Child Tax Credit. 

If you ARE the custodial parent, then you can enter all 4 on your return and then for the 2 you are not claiming, mark that the other parent will claim them this year.  The custodial parent can still claim the EITC and Child and Dependent Care Credit.
