Divorce finalized in August 2022 and filing as single rather than married with a joint return. Clear and start over did not remove ex's info. How do I fix this?

You need to create a new account with a new User ID since you are no longer married and will be filing as Single.

Start a fresh new account with a new user ID. It is too hard and too messy to get all of the "spouse stuff" out of an account that has been used for joint returns---as you are discovering the hard way.
