dividends that should be state tax exempt

where on my turbo tax can i enter dividends that come from funds that are in whole or in part invested in US Treasury Obligations.  In the "interest" section, there is a place to enter this information, but not in the "dividend" section.

For the dividends after you enter the 1099 data, the next screen asks if any of the dividends are from u s govt obligations, click on this and next screen enter the amount
