Were you referring to military discount?

Follow these steps and it should apply the military discount.

• Log out of your TurboTax account if you are logged in
• Close the TurboTax page
• Open a new tab/page
• Go to this link https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/military-edition.jsp
• Login there
• Click on Take me to My Return
• Click on File on the top white bar, go through the steps and the discount should apply.

This did not work for me, I tried on mobile app, mobile browser, desktop mode on mobile and on laptop browser. How do I get the discount to register?

I had the same problems and got stuck in a loop where the system kept asking for a military W-2 no matter how many times I put it in.
