Direct deposit 5 days early

I paid extra to get my refund 5 days early and when I logged into TurboTax it said they were unable to expedite my 5 day early deposit and I wouldn't be charged for it. When I look at my transcript the amount of my refund is not including the fee TurboTax took out. Says my refund issue date is 2/24/25

This could have occurred due to the following reasons.

1. You take a Refund Advance loan
2. IRS delays payment of your refund
3. your bank's policies do not allow for same-day payment processing. 

5 Days Early fee will be deducted directly from your refund prior to being deposited to your bank account.  So, if your refund does not deposit 5 days early, you will not be charged.
