Difficulty downloading State product

Has anyone had difficulty in TurboTax using the 'online' menu and trying to download the State product, but the window which pops up is blank, so you can't choose your State product to download?

Most state forms are not even available for use now, so that is not surprising.  While some may be partially available earlier, Many will not be fully useful until well into January...some early, some later.

The a last time my state forms were ready earlier than posted....the forms were actually the prior year's forms and were not proper until after the posted release date.

IF you still cannot select your state after the release date for your state...exit your account, and try logging in with a different web browser.
