No I could not bc I need a 2016 AGI that I do not have. Tried to go through IRS but website states that it does not recognize my personal info

It by-passes the main line so you get a live person not an animated machine.

I opted to mail off forms bc I did not have AGI. Yes please I will take that number

If I give you that number you will be able to go back into your account under file and change and update mailing status to E-file then from there you would not have to mail in anything because you will have that AGI.
