Yes, the information you selected on your TurboTax account was submitted with your tax return.  You can review the information on the Federal Information Worksheet, section V in the Balance due area.  If you did not save your documents, you can find them on your tax timeline.  Sign into your account, click My Taxes.  Scroll down under your 2016 tax return to the "Some Things I can Do" area and click Download All Forms and Worksheets.  If you need further assistance, leave a comment below.
