Did he live with you in 2017?

Just only the weekend when he visited

If I didn't claim him and I have to pay in, will she still get the rest of my taxes?

You do not qualify to claim him as a dependent, unless his mother releases that to you via a signed Form 8332.

But any refund you get can be seized for back child support anyway.
