When you file your 2019 or 2018 tax return, this was all you need to do in order to provide the IRS with your information. If you tried to register for your Stimulus Payment also, this may cause a problem with the IRS, because technically you are trying to file twice with the IRS.
I successfully filed my 2018 and 2019 taxes using TurboTax.
When I check the irs website it says "Status Not Available".
Why is this happening?
It sounds like thousands (if not millions) of Turbo Tax customers are being left out in the cold regarding the stimulus checks, and some of us NEED that help. Turbo Tax is even being directly named in major news stories by the Washington Post and New York Times.

And yet nothing on the Turbo Tax website to address this. Nothing. Anyone have any answers for us??
