Did anyone else have to give up their computer's antivirus protection in order to be able to start working on their TurboTax 2023 filing?

To use the turbotax deluxesortware, we are told on the CD's jacket that we must have an intuit account and then activate this installed software by entering the provided) license code.  A turbotax staffer tried to help me activate the installed software but go stymied for three hours because of existing antivirus software on my computer.  I'm still without acivated turbotax software!
