Desktop TurboTax - some fields cannot be marked F8 estimated?

I seem to remember being able to mark any field as "estimated".
Yet now only some fields support right click of F8 to mark.
I have to go into Forms mode to do so.

Is there a workaround?

The fields and things allowed do vary. A supporting detail may not help. I recommend that you flag the page then perhaps with a  blank, this  may be the best option. If you have enough information to create the pink error marking, you will know to review your errors and see a blank spot for some entries. The flag will bring you right back to the desired page to enter the information.
