Desktop cannot find my 2019 online tax file which I already downloaded to my computer

I got the error 190 and was told to load state tax first. I had bought the premier cd that included one state return (I downloaded Massachusetts) and paid for one state (california) I tried to download Massachusetts 2019 again but the program wants me to pay $44.95 for it. I have turbotax premier 2019 installed on old computer that may crash again but the 2019 software program runs fine on it along with the state taxes. I loaded program on new computer for fear that my old computer will lose everything but the .tax2019 file I put on my new computer will not load the Massachusetts tax program without me buying it again.

@Jellyjar Try signing onto your download account and see if the 2019 state program is available for download - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts&cgcview=downloads
