Dependent's Tax Return

I am claiming my daughter as a dependent and she is also filing her own tax return. On her return she put that she is being claimed by someone else but is getting a full refund of taxes paid.  I am surprised by this, but maybe this isn't unusual? Just want to be sure before she completes her tax return.

Yes if she made under the Standard Deduction of 12,200 she gets all her withholding back.

Thank you....filing taxes always makes me a bit nervous when some things don't make sense.
