Question

denied e-filing after two corrections

I e-filed twice and both times my return was rejected.  After making a correction, I tried to e-file again (3rd-time) and the system advised that I could no longer e-file.

So what options do I have other than mailing the return?

Here's an article that will offer advice on rejected returns.

    Why is it rejecting?

A common reason is for the wrong 2018 AGI.

When did you file 2018?  If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI.  And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-getting-an-e-file-reject/00/27031

My father is having this same problem, he is a senior, $0 AGI from last year but when e-filing entered the wrong # 2x. Now when we log into his account there is no option to fix and re-file. Does he need to print or just move to another platform to e-file?
