Deactivated account

I have tried to login to my account multiple times but I get a deactivated account message. I’m then directed to click “learn more” where I’m presented with an option to request help. Then, I’m told to SIGN IN in order to get help!! This is infuriating. You have people stuck in a loop. I had to create a new account. I’ve had an Intuit account for almost 10 years. Have I lost my tax return records now?

You should contact Support (link below) during regular business hours.

The linked document says you have to sign in to get to a person. And if you call the number, it won't connect you to a specialist without account info... And they don't recognize my account anymore.

I had the same issue, mid last year, and gave up I was so frustrated. However, I continued to get emails and notifications, and recently got a "your w-2 is ready!" email. Now trying to recover the account is incredibly frustrating. Definitely will not be using TurboTax again if I can't sort this out. This is a terrible user experience for people like us who have been using it for so long. Did you have any luck?
