No - If you e-filed your extension you do not have to send anything in (except your payment).  The extension is for filing your return.  It is NOT an extension of time for payment of taxes.

You should go ahead and file your return and request an installment plan for the payment.

Did you e-file it with a payment?

I did not complete my tax return because I own so much. I instead filed an extension online. Do I need to send the extension in myself?
