Just want to note that I reached out to Customer Service because there is an issue with the 1099-NEC options not including Grants. However, when I got a call back I literally could not understand the person because their phone was breaking up so much that only every other sound was understandable. I do not know if this is because they are WFH and have crappy cell service but I had to hang up and call back.
Hopefully the call will be reviewed so they can see how back it was but, short of not using people with bad cell reception, not sure how they can fix it.
