Well I tried calling the customer service number 18004488848 and I am disappointed. First time I called I opted not to take one of their offers and was hung up on. Second time the call would not go through, very unprofessional. I just want a answer to my questions. I chose the 5 day early option when I completed my taxes through your service, at this time my transcript shows a 846 tax code refund deposit for 2-26-25 yet when I check through TurboTax where's my refund it doesn't show approved yet only accepted. According to what I paid for the 5 day early option I should be getting my refund within a day or so. Please advise since I can't get anyone on the phone to answer my questions.

Sounds like today is your 5 Days. You should get an email from TurboTax when your refund is on its way. Some didn't get an email until late in the day, but still got their deposit.

If you don't get your deposit, there is a few reasons why that might happen.
If TurboTax is unable to deliver the refund up to 5 days early, your order will be canceled and you won't be charged the up to 5-Day Early fee. You will receive a follow-up email with a refund and timing update, and if any cancellation is applicable.
