Customer service help?

Why is calling the Turbo Tax customer support so useless? It’s infuriating when you explain a problem to one person 5 different ways. They put you on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up on you and close out the case and saying the problem was ‘solved.’ Turbo Tax is nothing but useless support and doesn’t do anything to help their customers and leaving them stranded. Prematurely closing a case and saying the problem was fixed was a fat lie. But the hanging up on someone when they a been so patient is a low blow and makes Turbo Tax look like the fools. NEVER FILING WITH TURBO AGAIN!!!
