CSV upload for Crypto transactions not working properly. Please help.

I formatted the csv following the directions. I made several sales from USDC (a stablecoin worth a dollar) to USD before withdrawing back to my checking account. I also sold a little BTC I received as a sign up bonus.

Once csv was uploaded, TT omits the fact that I converted the USDC into regular USD and it shows I incurred a loss even though I had no loss or profit since all I did was convert the USDC to USD 1:1.
If you look at the other tx in pic below, it did something similar with the sale of BTC as well.

This BTC was given as a sign up bonus in the same year. At the time of receiving it, it was worth a little over $20 but when I sold it, it was worth $17.73. So it should record a Income of $20 and then a loss of $20-$17.73=$2.27 but not a loss of $17.73.

What is going on here and how do I get this to work properly?
If I can't get it to work, I'm wondering if I can just add this as a income of $17.73 somewhere else in TT.

UPDATE: I've noticed that it's ignoring my entries in the csv which were labelled "Withdrawal". These were funds withdrawn to a bank after converting the USDC to USD.

TT also seems to be stripping out the text I put in the Description Column and Transaction ID column. Doesn't look like there is anywhere on TT to enter those details, so I'm not sure why it's a column on the CSV template provided by TT.

Another one I noticed is, although I specified in the Sale tx that I sent 1000 USDC and received 1000 USD. When I open up the "additioanl details" on the tx, is shows  "Fiat Currency USD Value" (of tx) 1007 or some number that isn't 1000 and have no clue why it's doing this.

"We calculate a value, based on your import data or information you provide. Be sure to review all transactions for accuracy." It's definitely not following the number I provided in the csv.
