Should I report every transaction of the crypto even I did not receive any tax return form?

Yes. The IRS says that all income should be reported.

If you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien, you are subject to tax on worldwide income from all sources and must report all taxable income and pay taxes according to the Internal Revenue Code.

I cannot see my tax returns. I have allowed popups, deleted my cache, restarted my computer, am on an approved browser. No matter what I do I cannot see returns.
