Credit karma card for refund

I filed my taxes on the 12th of this month & decided to get the credit karma card through turbotax. My question is, it's been 2weeks since I've filled. When will I receive my card in the mail?

I filed 2/1 , I have my own bank account but seen turbo tax put the Credit Karma card as *Their recommended “fastest” way for payment. I still have not received t card & have a deposit date for this week. To pay $160 to file and not have a way to receive a payment is ridiculous! In fact because of TT my taxes were delayed a week for the deferment payment option this year that wasn’t explained . I would like to know the same answer where will our $ go and why aren’t we getting our $ back for this joke ?!?!

Oh and I even paid my fees upfront out of my bank !!!
