Hello, I got a payment error when I submit my Turbotax Deluexe pay.

To update your billing information please while logged into your return click up in the upper right hand side of your account; the button Account and from there update your billing information and you will be able to move forward.

The Intuit Electronic Filing Center is unable to accept these return(s). The amount due on this federal tax return is different than the amount authorized by your credit card on your previous submission

I need to stop payment because can't finish my taxes can't file them through turbo tax I entered the right stuff and will not take

My return was free. It never asked for a form of payment and yet when I try to register it says it cant validate my credit card???? I did my taxes with another company this year. I've been with turbo tax for 6 years. Very disappointing. I tried to resolve this by trying to contact turbo tax but never got a live person.

My credit card ending in 6647 was compromised & Citi Bank Costco Visa card issued me a new credit card

after 4/1/19. I want to pay my my IRS & State of Connecticut quarterly payment due 9/16/19 with the new

credit card. Please let me know how I can get this credit cars number to you.

You don't give Turbo Tax your credit card info for estimated payments. You pay those directly on the federal and state websites yourself. Or are you asking about QuickBooks? That might have setup the payments.

pay directly on the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/payments

Be sure to pick the right kind of payment and year.....2019 Estimate

Completed all credit card info for additional filing payment. presses continue. Was blocked with red symbol. Would not let me continue. NOT A NEW MEMBER!
