Credit Card Fee Waiver

Hello,

I was expecting my credit card company to provide cash back, but they are not going to. Is it possible at all for TurobTax to waive the credit card fee charged on my account when I paid for my returns? 

I really appreciate TurobTax's user-friendly interface and want to continue using it. I wanted to see if this request can be honored as I continue to be a loyal customer.
