I originally signed up for the $40 tax e-file and was charged, then decided to upgrade to self-employment to take a deduction and was charged for the full $130 e-file on my credit. How do I get credited the original $42.54?

I called, the very nice representative said the double charge did not show up yet but said I should not have been charged and gave me an email address to bring this issue. I sent an email explaining the issue as the Rep recommended and am now waiting for the refund. I'm guessing it will take a week for the refund so I'll give it some time before I call again.
Still no refund. I think I have to call again... not happy.
