crappy software

The is lousy software crashes constantly.  It continues to look for updates then error message stating Turbotax not responding.  Can't believe I was $50 on your product.

    See this FAQ if you are having an issue with the software looping when trying to e-file .

     

    Although it is recommended you upgrade prior to installing your software, TurboTax desktop software for tax year 2019 will install on Windows 7 (Service Pack 1 or later). Intuit Support for Windows 7 End of Life has more information regarding how to successfully install your desktop software.

    I'm running Windows 10.  Turbotax is not working correctly.  Next year I'll some other brand.  Not worth $50 dollars in aggravation.

    Shut down the Turbotax software..do a full reboot of your computer.....THEN, download and install the Manual Update to see if that clears out all the problems (mine took 5-10 min to complete..or at least it seemed to take forever.)
