I'm not sure how I managed to file as a "non-filler" I did my taxes last year, I still have to do them this year. However, I changed banks ever since, so I wanted to enter my new information...
I got an e-mail saying "Dear Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info. Congratulations, the IRS has accepted your Non-Filers: Enter Payment Info return. Your Submission ID is .............(random number)"
However, when I check my status it says that they're unable to determine my eligibility right now.
Does anyone know what to do? I can't find any info on this.

If you filed using the non-filers form, what you did behind the scenes was filed a simplified version of the 2019 tax return. When you are ready to file your actual 2019 tax return, you will need to file Form 1040X with all of the initial numbers being 0.
Many taxpayers are receiving the same notice as you, as the system is still being loaded with taxpayer data.
The IRS generally updates systems once daily, and these updates tend to occur in the overnight hours, so I would check again in a few days for an updated status.
