County road maintenance fee

I'm new to TurboTax.

I have a house that has been rented for long term rental where I pay annual road maintenance fee to the subdivision.

Can I claim it as part of expense on Schedule E/Rental Property?

Assuming the reason you are paying the fee is solely related to your rental property (ie not related to your primary residence) , then yes

Thank you for your answer.  Yes, the fee is for the public road in front of my property which I'm renting 100%.
