I have seen other posts mentioning this - the Country dropdown menu is not working and can't be typed in either. I am a US citizen living in the UK. One solution being mentioned is to change my address to a US one, but I don't have a US address. Is there another solution I am missing, please? I have tried the standard log-in/log-out and cache clearing trouble shooting methods. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I received an email saying the issue had been addressed, so I tried again, and although the page has been updated, the issue still remains. I wanted to enquire again about this issue - is it any closer to being fixed? There is still no option to input a foreign address. Both my federal and state tax returns have my foreign address listed. I do not maintain an address in the US.
I appreciate the "Can I e-file with a foreign address?" post that was sent earlier, but the information there was was not relevant to my problem.
I am using TurboTax Free Edition, owe no taxes and am due no refund, and have had no problems using TurboTax in the same set of circumstances previous years. Please can you advise further? Thank you.

Go to MY INFO and enter the information there rather than the file/review page and see if this may work.

On the Personal Info page - Foreign or US Territory is already selected. There is no option to say which State I previously resided in (NY). I have been out of the country for over two years now.
On the Mailing Address page - Foreign Country is already selected, and the address and country have been populated (United Kingdom). These details haven't changed since the last time I filed.
I deleted and re-entered the information to be sure, and I still can't get past (or select a foreign country) on the File / Review page. Any other ideas, please?
it depends. If you ignore this error and move past it, do you you have the ability to still file your return?
I can't move past the File/Review page without adding an address, and there is no option to add a foreign address on that page, despite my Personal Info page having foreign info. The country dropdown menu does not drop down, and when I add the rest of my address, there are only options for US states or Armed Forces locations in the State field.
There is a Confirm Payment button at the bottom right of the File/Review page, (my subtotal is $0 - free version of TurboTax), which will not click through without address information.
At this point, if you have the ability to call the states, contact Turbo Tax here. When you click on the link, select Turbo Tax online and it will then give you the phone number to call.
