Been there, done that. The $10 credit for my Costco TurboTax didn't work for my state add-on purchase last year, but it did work this year for my state efile. That happens sometimes, and I don't know why it didn't give you the credit. It's supposed to be automatic, but occasionally someone will report that it didn't work.
Phone TurboTax Support to report what happened and ask them for your $10 credit. Or if you have social media, you can message them at Facebook or X.
