Cost Segregation Study

I purchased a rental property in 2025 and wish to enter the results of a cost segregation study into turbo tax to allow accelerated depreciation.  How do I do that?

Cost Segregation Study

You have to enter each asset separately (or class of assets) in the Rentals section of the program.
