Cost of State Returns?

I thought one State Return was included in the price of Turbotax?   I have filed four returns and had to pay for them all?

If you are using online TurboTax, there are separate fees for federal and state returns.

If you are using desktop software, you pay a $25 state e-file fee for each state return that you e-file.  You can avoid that state e-file fee if you print and mail the state return instead.
