I have already filed my 2021 taxes but just discovered that I reported that I did not receive the full amount of the Economic Stimulus payment in 2021. I know how to file an amended return but I cannot find anywhere that I am given the opportunity to correct the Economic Stimulus Payment amount.

No you don't need to amend for that. The IRS will automatically check that and adjust it. They know how much they sent you. They will reduce your refund or send you a bill.
Thanks. I need to refile for another reason so I'm concerned they will bill me twice, once for the orignal filing and once for the amended filing.
The question comes up just before the end of the return. Click on Federal Review in the upper right corner, the first question will be confirming the third stimulus payment.

However, as a previous reply to this noted, the IRS will inform me of the error so I think I won;t worry about it.
Just to confirm, I do not need to amend if I need to correct my response for receiving stimulus check/checks received in 2021. The IRS will see that I did receive stimulus money when they review my return and adjust my return accordingly. Thanks in advance for the confirmation and any insight provided.
If you have already received the 3rd stimulus check and claimed it again on your tax return, the IRS will make an adjustment to the amount of refund you claimed. There is no need to amend your tax return if that is the only issue.
