Coronavirus Relief and MI-1040CR

This is the first year we didn't have to file a Federal return. Since we qualified for a Homestead Property Tax Credit we did file a MI-1040CR. Might this be sufficient to qualify for and trigger Coronavirus relief or must we file a 1040 federal?

We do not know the details yet of what the requirements will be to receive a check.  The Treasury Proposal has not been passed yet.

A member of the US congress said it would likely be similar to the 2008 stimulus and triggered by that year's IRS returns. As I'm going in for a major medical procedure this week I hoped to get this off our plates. I would never question another adult's legitimacy for asking any question.
