Contribute again to healthcare fsa after job change

Hi,

For 2019, I had Health care FSA at my previous employer & I spent the full $2700 (contributed $1500) before I left.

In August I changed jobs & my question is: Can I contribute the full $2700 again at my new employer ?

Thanks,

-Chinchu

NO ... 2019 FSA contribution limits will increase by $50.00, going from $2,650 to $2,700. The increased contribution limit affects health FSAs and limited purpose FSAs. The limit is per year NOT per employer.

Thanks @Critter for your response, but I am getting conflicting information & that's why I was asking. If you look at this message in zenefits, it implies that the limit is tied to to the employer's plan and not me.
