I am trying to e-file Federal, Nebraska and Iowa return. I purchased all three and paid to efile both states. It states that there was one more check and I need to update form IA4562 Schedule A. I enter a 0, it takes, and I see it on the form, I click continue and try to transmit and it comes back with the same error. I have tried updating the field using the box, the form, and even saving after updating. It has me in a continuous loop. How do I get past this?

I should have noted that I am using the desktop version of Turbo Tax (Windows). I have not done anything at a browser level at this point in the process.
You may need to do a manual update.
I had just updated TurboTax yesterday and had the error. I was frustrated and was going to try again today. Same issue and if I check for updates, the software says it is current. This is an error in the program. It is not retaining the data I am entering. Is there any method to contact TurboTax to review?
