I purchased the advantage package because it said the tool would allow me to electronically file my 2018 taxes return.

1. The email stated I wld not be charged u til November which was not true

2. the email stated I would receive a phone number to a dedicated line for support which was not true 

3. the confirmation email stated I aloud be able to file 2018 .... where?  This is absolutely ridiculous I want my money back!!!

You received an email from TurboTax for tax year 2018?  That must have been sent to you sometime before November 2018. 

The current tax year being filed is 2019.  The current Advantage subscriber will receive the 2020 software in November 2020.

A 2018 tax return could only be e-filed using the TurboTax software from January 2019 thru October 2019.  The 2018 tax return can now only be printed and mailed.

There is a dedicated phone number for Advantage subscribers but you have to sign onto your Advantage account to see the number - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage
