It sounds like you filed your taxes before the American Rescue Plan Act was passed, which changed the taxability of unemployment compensation.
The IRS automatically adjusted tax returns sent out additional refunds that were owed due to the change in the law. So, you would have first received your original income tax refund, then you may have received a supplemental refund from the IRS as a result of the change to your return.
