confused on return

I filed my return a few weeks ago and it said i was supposed to be getting a little over a hundred dollars back from my state but a few days ago i received an email saying my return was rejected even after it said accepted and that it was due to an error with turbo tax. Now it says i’m only supposed to get 8$ back but that doesn’t seem like it makes any sense that i’d ONLY be getting back 8$ from my state
