I am trying to file my return after using your fing product, and at the final step, after putting in my CC information it hangs on a grayed out screen, as if there is an error. All fields are filled in. There is no error presented. I have entered this information 8 or 9 times now. I have used two different browsers, each with "incognito" windows so there are no cache or cookie memories.

I figured it out for you numbskulls.
I went to my phone to pay, and when submitting there is a popup saying "we think your zip code is wrong" because it wants to add the extra digits for the POB. As a note, no, it isn't wrong.
The desktop browser page is **bleep**, so it appears to be choking on this.
