Computer will not accept my choice of standard deduction and I also cannot find any file to upload for filing 2022 taxes. Can anyone help me?

The same thing happened to me.  I had completed two Federal and State tax returns and was waiting to discuss with my daughters (their returns) before filing.  I saved them but didn't see where they were saved.  GONE.  Even Turbo Tax remote control couldn't find them.  I had to suck it up and do them all over again.   This time I saved them in two different places on the computer (C: and One drive) and also on a flash drive.  I have never ever had as many problems with Turbo Tax before.  It is terrible this year.
