Complicated this year. Not sure how to proceed and what docs

During 2024 I sold my house in May in Virginia and moved to Georgia where I now have an apartment. I am 75 years old. I settled a $118,000 tax bill with Feds. I settled with Virginia for same reason but they applied a refund I received as payment. I settled and had written off some credit card balances. Can TT help me with that stuff or should I sign up with one of your experts? Thank you. Dennis
