Communications

Where is the famous "Communications" section where you can manage information sharing? The Account Section of the Turbotax Account only lists "Overview, Sign in & Security, Personal info, Data privacy, and Products and billing". So where is the Communications section, where you can limit sharing to credit bureaus, social media, affiliates, and whomever Turbotax feels like sharing my data with? Their website says it can be limited in the Communications section.
