Are you talking about expenses for Schedule C (Self-Employed)? Then the answer is yes, enter the annual amount. In fact, most amounts that you enter in the return are per year, unless otherwise specified.
Everything on your ANNUAL return is an ANNUAL number, unless otherwise designated.
In my case, I was in the "Any other expenses?" screen when entering home office expenses - not sure which IRS form that is - but your answer seems to cover all that.
It would still be nice if TurboTax had a note at this point telling you it's all yearly amounts, and that the program will calculate how much can be actually deducted.
