No one has obviously been through your package given that there is a question which does not accept a yes/no response, but your package requires it! That is utterly unacceptable, and I will let you search for it if you care about a quality offering.
It is ludicrous to have people enter the same information for 1099-INT 1099-DIV, 1099-MISC, and 1099-B when all come from the same tax document!!!! Worse, the identification for the the entered information is DIFFERENT to 1099-B and the others. This is utterly unacceptable, the slightest bit of thought or QA would have caught this horrific blunder.
The automatic transition from K1 entry to the next K1 entry occurs without an indication that a new form is being entered. Seriously??? Give people a chance!
Obviously, these are simply stupid blunders that should not have happened... what about the rest of the package? You may need to revamp your IT department from top to bottom.
