Column C on my 3895 form is all 0.00, but turbo tax won't let me move on to the next step because of the 0.00 in column C. How do I fix this?

If you did not intend to have a form 3895, you can go to "Forms" view instead of step-by-step and do a search on that form to delete it.  If you intended for this form based upon your circumstances, then there should be help available as to how it came to that figure or what to enter.  There might be an eyeglass next to that amount where you can click on and "goto supporting form" where you may have to make changes there to affect form 3895.  To add, that eyeglass is only available on "Forms" view (upper right corner of the screen next to notifications).
