Colordo Senior Housing Income Tax Credit

I am trying to find out if my wife and I (joint return) are eligible for the Colorado Senior Housing Income Tax Credit. We pay rent at a senior apartment complex. Turbotax ask the question is your primary residence exempt from property tax to make the the determination of eligibility. Normally rent covers a portion of the complex property tax requirement.

Question #4 at Income Qualified Senior Housing Income Tax Credit | CO DOR shows that as a renter, you will qualify if you meet the other requirements.
