Coinbase csv file not compatible on turbotax? No Headers Found In This File error?

Having same issue. Weeks with no resolution on either end and nothing but finger-pointing from both sides who claim to be compatible with one another. Will there be a solution anytime soon TT?

Also waiting on a fix for this so I can complete my taxes. Unless anyone can recommend another tax software that actually reads the .csv file. I would be happy to switch after spending the time trying to reformat.

We shouldn’t need a 3rd party software to input our data. @TurboTax fix this.

For what it's worth, I just spoke with customer service and they said they'll be releasing a product update tomorrow. She wasn't sure if they're going to include a fix for this issue in that, however she said they're well aware and are working on it. Fingers crossed...

Also just got off of the phone with support.  My rep escalated to tier2 pretty quickly.. who first tried to dish me off to Coinbase to "change a setting on my account".  Nope... I've been waiting on someone from coinbase to get back to me for weeks....

Already tried reformatting everything exactly like Robin(the)hood and it still did not work.

Any updates on this? I'm about to switch to H&R; I went through this last year too, this is insane!!

I'm in the same boat as the rest of ya.

I don't think any of us should use a 3rd party tool at cost 50usd to fix this issue. As someone else suggested..

However if it doesn't get fix, than I suppose that be our only option. A long with the option to start going elsewhere to file our taxes.
