I am a minister with a housing allowance. This was designated as susch and noted in board minuyes and a contract. I am an employee not contractor. 100% of my income is designated housing as i a. Part time and worked part of the year. I received a letter not a w2 since everything is housing allowance. How do i enter that?  Enter as if I have a w2?  Create a self employed business?  I thought i would get a w2 and this wouldnt be a deal

You could do a substitute w2 on form 4852, but that requires mailing the form. With the IRS so far behind, it is hard to advise that. Do you have any taxable housing? Do you have taxable income? Do you need to file a return?

Do I Need to File a Tax Return?

How do I file a substitute W-2 using Form 4852?
